His experience also includes successfully turning around underperforming and loss-making stores through sharp operational control, merchandising optimisation and sales execution.

Sunit brings deep expertise in retail operations, sales management and merchandising, with a consistent focus on delivering high-quality customer experience while maintaining the brand standards and values of each partner company. He is known for building and leading diverse, high-performing teams and for staying closely aligned with evolving retail trends and best practices.
