Shyam Prasad is the CEO, Brand Studio Lifestyle Pvt Ltd. Shyam Prasad has over 27years of experience in retail, sales, operations and marketing with a deep understanding of consumer, customer experience, project management at scale and negotiation.
With a post graduate Marketing degree from LNJ institute of management, Shyam has had a diverse stint across marquee retail chains and brands such as Shoppers Stop, Retail venture of Maral Overseas, Future Group, Reliance Retail, COUPON and INMARK retail before joining Brand Studio Lifestyle as part of the founding team. As COO of COUPON, Shyam oversaw the launch and operations of 12 COUPON stores Pan India with over 200+ brands across 3,50,000 square feet of space.
He has grown the market place initiatives of the business while setting up industry leading best practices in warehouse and order management with a focus on agility and cost efficiency. Shyam has been instrumental in setting up strong control and review mechanisms across the front- end and fulfilment functions.
Shyam also initiated and launched the D2C initiative, getketch.com , and is personally spearheading the newest venture in the business, the launch, growth and expansion of offline retail. Under his aegis the offline retail business has grown to encompass 120000 sft and 40 stores in a short span of 15 months.
