Prashanth Aluru is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience across technology, e-commerce, and finance. He is the CEO and co-founder of TMRW, an Aditya Birla Group venture, where he leads a digital-first D2C “house of brands” platform focused on building and scaling disruptive fashion and lifestyle brands. Prior to TMRW, he was a founding investor and board member at Avataar, a 3D AR/AI startup, and served as Senior Director at Facebook, leading initiatives across sales, marketing, partnerships, growth operations, and startup investments, including Meesho, Unacademy, and Jio Platforms. Earlier, Prashanth was a partner at Kalaari Capital, focusing on early-stage technology investments, and at Bain & Company, where he spent over a decade advising global clients on strategic issues across industries.
