She has lead large, complex fashion businesses, with focus on sustainable growth, strong consumer proposition and high performing teams. She is currently heading Apparel and Eyewear business at Amazon India, having earlier done leadership roles at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, across Louis Philippe, Allen Solly and Simon Carter.
