Upon his return, he joined his family business, Mohanlal Sons, where he applied his strategic expertise and forward-looking vision to transform the organization. Under his leadership, the business evolved from a multi-brand outlet into a specialized celebration wear retailer with a clear and differentiated market positioning. Recognizing the untapped potential of emerging markets, Mr. Mohan spearheaded the company’s expansion into tier 2 and tier 3 cities, aligning with India’s growing consumer base. Today, Mohanlal Sons operates across 21 cities in North India, with all stores being company-owned and operated, reflecting strong operational control and sustainable growth.
