Lavanya Nalli is the Chairperson of the Nalli Group, a $100 million national retail chain specializing in textiles and women’s ethnicwear, best known for its iconic Kanchipuram silks. Founded in 1928, Nalli is one of South India’s most respected heritage brands. Lavanya began her career with the group in 2005, driving growth, operational excellence, and new business initiatives, while also leading diversification into new formats and businesses. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and previously worked at McKinsey & Company in Chicago, advising Fortune 500 CXOs on growth, profitability, and change management. She later served as Vice President at Myntra (Flipkart Group) before returning to Nalli to lead expansion and innovation. Widely recognized for her leadership, she has been featured by Forbes and The Economic Times, is an Aspen Fellow, a YPO member, a published children’s author, and a fitness enthusiast.
