Bhavishya Kelappan is the Group Vice President and Head of Women’s Luxury Fashion & Apparel at Reliance Brands Limited (RBL). She steers a diverse portfolio that spans the full spectrum of the women’s lifestyle segment—from high-luxury powerhouses like Bottega Veneta, Versace, and Balenciaga to the iconic jewelry of Tiffany & Co. and the accessible luxury of Coach, Kate Spade, and Tory Burch. Her mandate also extends to contemporary fashion and lingerie with brands such as Sandro, Maje, and Hunkemöller.

Since joining RBL in 2019, Bhavishya has been instrumental in shaping the country’s luxury landscape, spearheading the market entry for global icons including Tiffany & Co., Valentino, and Tory Burch. Her leadership is defined by a focus on sustainable value creation, successfully operationalizing strict global brand codes while driving commercial rigor and profitability in the complex Indian market.

Prior to RBL, Bhavishya demonstrated a strong track record of scaling consumer businesses. As Business Head for Mia by Tanishq, she led the brand’s aggressive growth phase and strategic repositioning. Earlier, at Lifestyle India, she managed the Health & Beauty vertical, driving significant category expansion. Her foundation in brand building was established through early roles at Home Centre and Mahindra Retail, grounding her approach in deep consumer analytics and cross-category expertise.
