Achint Setia is the Chief Executive Officer of Snapdeal, the value-focused Fashion & Lifestyle e-commerce marketplace within the AceVector ecosystem. He assumed this role in January 2025 and brings over two decades of leadership experience across digital commerce, consumer internet, technology, and media.
Achint holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Delhi and a
postgraduate degree in management from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.
Over the course of his career, he has built and scaled businesses at the intersection of
technology, growth, and consumer engagement. Prior to joining Snapdeal, Achint served as Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer at the Zalora Group, where he was responsible for driving growth and monetisation across Southeast Asian markets. Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at Myntra as the Head of Marketing, at Viacom18 Media Private Limited as SVP, Digital Ventures, and has also worked with McKinsey & Company. He began his career as a Software Design Engineer at Microsoft, giving him a strong foundation in technology-led product and platform thinking.
