Dr. Binay Kumar Choudhury is the Regional Technical Lead – APAC at Control Union and Global Chair of the Textile Team, with decades of experience as a researcher, technical manager, and senior scientist. He holds a Ph.D. in Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry and has led major analytical programs since 2001. A recipient of multiple national and international fellowships, he has audited 500+ farms and 1,000+ organic cotton textile projects worldwide, advising numerous organizations on sustainability and standards.
