Deepak Chhabra is the Managing Director of Timex Group India, with over two decades of leadership experience across retail, brand management, strategic business planning, P&L management, sales, and merchandising. He is currently leading Timex Group India’s business transformation and strategic growth initiatives, focused on delivering enhanced brand and customer experiences through innovative and future-ready strategies.
Prior to Timex, Deepak served as Managing Director at Tupperware India, where he successfully transformed the business from a direct-selling model to a harmonised multi-channel strategy encompassing retail, e-tail, and e-commerce. He also expanded the brand from a kitchenware-led portfolio to a comprehensive homeware offering and a material-agnostic positioning. Earlier, as Managing Director at Crocs India, he played a key role in strengthening the brand’s growth, reach, and relevance.
A footwear technologist and marketer by qualification, Deepak began his career in 1996 and has since held leadership roles with marquee brands including Reliance Retail, Skechers, Sprandi, Tupperware, and Crocs. Known for his progressive leadership style, he believes in embracing calculated risks and viewing both success and failure as essential to long-term growth.
