Shaleen has been working on the subject of “Delivering Enhanced Customer Experience” using solutions and platforms for many years now, Omni Channel being the key here. During this journey of more than 17 years with the industry, he has been involved with many retail organizations across multiple countries and has been part of their journey viz landing the solution aspect in their ecosystem.
Shaleen is part of the Business Applications team of Microsoft India. He gets involved with the organizations in defining how the platform can help deploy the Modern Customer Platform, that can drive their growth journey during the next decade of Customer Evolution in Retail.
