In his nearly two decades with the Tata Group, Maneesh has a track record of starting up a billion-dollar telecom company and carries domestic and international experience in P&L oversight, Operations, ecommerce and Marketing, involving both start-up and growth organizations. Maneesh is passionate about digitization and applying technology to achieve business objectives. In his current role as Customer Care Associate and Chief of Omnichannel & Digital at Shoppers Stop Limited, Maneesh is responsible for building the Company’s digital capabilities towards a significant share of chain revenues, as well as to drive digitally enabled customer journeys across media, channels and touchpoints.
