Chhavi Bhargava is Chief Commercial Officer & Chief Marketing Officer for Kantar South Asia. A techie turned researcher, Chhavi brings with her 25 years of experience in the Market Research industry both in India and International markets. She has also spent 6 years in Software Development.Chhavi specializes in Product Testing, Segmentation, Brand Equity, Advertising Development, Brand Tracking, U&A, Pricing, Concepts, Household Panel and Retail Audit, Stakeholder Management research and Social and Political research. Her experience spans across a wide range of sectors including FMCG, telecom, finance, automobiles, & social sector. She was responsible for directing the strategic planning and business development. Chhavi has held leadership roles across the Kantar brands; most recently she was the Managing Director for Kantar TNS, India & Sri Lanka. Prior to that Chhavi was the Country Manager for Kantar Millward Brown Singapore for 4 years. She has also worked with Kantar IMRB for 11 years. Chhavi started her career with TCS developing software for Accounting, Payroll, Inventory, Traffic Synchronization, Public Issues, Tea blending to name a few applications. An Economics (Hons) from Lady Shri Ram College, she has also completed her Masters in Business Economics from Delhi University.
