With 10000+ stories from 116 cities in 5 years, we have not only set a new benchmark for Customer Service in Retail but also impacted the lives of hundreds of retail associates both at work & home.
Retail Employees Day – celebrated on the 12th of December every year, is a simple gesture to say Thank You to the true hero of the industry – the retail associate. Conceptualised in 2011, the day has garnered global adoption with 4 million people celebrating the day in India & Turkey.
